Use a virtual receptionist
When I didn't want to lose one of my best employees (this was BEFORE the pandemic) I decided to make her a virtual employee. She is our main front office person for our orthodontic and pediatric dental office. We set up the portal so she can talk to patients and staff members. When the covid pandemic hit, this idea took off like wildfire and other offices were asking me about it. It works so well and we love it.

Give nicknames to multiple portals
I have a Portal TV in the living room and a portal mini in the kitchen in an open floor plan layout. The issue is both will answer if I say, "Hey Portal". It would be great if you could give each portal a nickname, so when you go to answer one of them you could say, "Hey Portal answer Living Room," or "Hey Portal answer Kitchen," and there would be no feedback issues and both portals would not be active.

Sistema ordini pessimo
Credo che il vostro sistema ordini non funzioni. Ben tre volte ho effettuato un acquisto con esposizione carta di credito e per tre volte l'ordine è stato annullato senza che ci fosse una Vostra indicazione e senza una motivazione. Mi sono reso conto che gli ordini (ripeto per tre volte!!!) era stati annullati solo andando a fare una tracciatura dell'ordine nella vostra email di conferma. Il danno ulteriore è che essendo un regalo ora ho anche il problema di fare una pessima figura. Esperienza negativa assoluta. Allow the addition of a second device to the portal app
We recently bought a second Portal so that we could have one for our office. However, I can’t add the second device to my portal app and am not able to better manage the superframe. In a future app update, I’d like to be able to have two devices that I can manage on the app. Thanks!

USB-C Hub support through firmware update
Would love to see support for USB-C hubs added through a firmware update. This would enable mic in/speaker out and further video out options, without having to change device architecture or obsoleting current units.

you should modify to permit creation of of groups (and name it) on WhatsApp. besides, allow for more than 4 participants(8?)
