allow businesses to use Portal in a retail environment. I own a Bridal shop & have reduced guest numbers due to Covid. I want to allow Brides to set up virtual call to their missing Bridal Party.

I would like to be have more control of what gets displayed. If I have thousands of pictures what gets displayed and when. This includes ongoing posts from facebook etc.

Please put 5 little monkeys jumping on the bed back in the rotation. Our granddaughter looks forward to this story every evening. Try explaining where it went to a two year old. We haven’t seen her in 4 months due to Covid and it’s been a nightly ritual for our family !

Need Manual frame, move and zoom.
Need the option to manually frame and area and move it around.. The face spotlight doesn't work with an active toddler that doesn't look at the screen all times.

I would like to be able to make recordings of calls
Zoom allows you to record calls - so meetings can be minuted later - and also for training purposes - Portal should also allow this so it can be used for these business purposes. Please let me know when this is available? Until then I'll stick with Zoom.

Bugfix required for portal and mobile user who are on video chat in whatsapp.
2 users are on video chat. One of them using portal another one is in android device. Both of them are talking on whatsApp. Mobile device user gets a cellular call which impacts on the video chat. Portal user sees the screen has frozen. Even though the mobile user calls on whatsapp again, the portal screen is still stuck. Turning off the camera switch doesn't make change. Even if i command "Portal restart" it says you can't do it when you are in call. Then i had to plug off-on to make it work. It is a common scenario, I…

Stream to FB, instagram AND YouTube simultaneously
I have an online yoga business. I’ve been streaming on fb alone and later uploading to YouTube simply because I cannot afford the software that streams to multiple social media platforms. When I saw this I thought it was amazing bc it would solve another problem I have (not having a professional cameraman) but the only thing that kept me from purchasing was that it originally wasn’t compatible with fb live, which is how I stream my classes. Sound bar support
I was told by chat support that portal tv does not support sound bars. LG TV with LG sound bar had to be very common. But when portal tv from HDMI to sound via optical out, it cuts off lots of sound especially the first part of their talking. I don't have similar problems with Chromecast or Blu-ray. When I set it to TV internal speaker only it works fine but the sound is not as robust and it's annoying to toggle back and forth.

Stay Logged in Facebook Live
I bought the Portal so my dad can FB Live small group study. This seemed like the easiest solution, but it would be great if once you verify and log in, you can stay logged in and wouldn't have to type your password or use a code each time, which he doesn't know how to do. Additionally, if it remembered the last place you broadcast so he wouldn't have to select the Business Page each time.

Portal to portal same account
If you own multiple portals, you should be able to call between them by referencing the Portal name. Like call Portal Kitchen, or call Portal Vacation Home. Especially relevant in shared environment. Otherwise you have to create fake WhatsApp accounts as a workaround.

I cannot connect the Alexa in the Portal to my Toshiba TV
The Toshiba TV says it needs the Alexa device to be connected by USB. But it uses HDMI. I don't know if that is why it won't work, but the TV seems to require it.
Sorry if this is more a question for Toshiba support, but they are useless - they don't even recognise my model number!1 vote -
Facebook Live manual camera mode.
We are using a Portal Mini 10" to livestream worship services. It works great except for the camera tracking.
I can enter manual mode on a call and set the shot exactly the way I want it. Please, please, please, make this possible with Facebook Live.
