2. Ability to mute all or individuals during a Facebook rooms or group call

   The ability for the host in a Facebook Room or group video call to mute all or individual people through the Portal. We had a virtual birthday party with 30+ people and unfortunately some of the attendees didn’t follow direction and weren’t muting or had terrible feedback. This feature would be similar to what is available in zoom.

3. Add parental controls / child safe user account option

   For such a family-oriented device it's really shocking that the parental controls are so inadequate. I would like to have a child safe no-PIN user option, which only allows calling to approved contacts (grandparents etc) and where the available apps are unavailable or restricted at the discretion of the parents. The adults could still retain full functionality in their user account with a PIN.

6. Public Relations Suggestion

   In these times of Covid, our elderly are experiencing extreme isolation. I think it would be a great PR opportunity to have a campaign to get Facebook Portal into care facilities around the US. Please look into if this is possible to do safely. Because I think it would certainly be worth the investment. Not just for social video calls to keep our elderly emotionally and mentally engaged, but also for remote exercises to keep them physically engaged to prevent atrophy while they are stuck in theirs rooms.

    How about some U.K. news and sport apps. What’s the point of selling the unit in the U.K. and only supplying options for US apps. Totally useless here in the U.K. And, to be honest, totally mis advertised here too.

17. have a downloaded remote when user doesn’t have access or has lost their current remote. Very frustrating!!

    We took our TV portal to an Airbnb and forgot the remote. When we tried to find a workaround to connect our portal to the Wi-Fi without a remote, we were told that there was no work around or ability to do this. Indeed very frustrating. I would highly recommend the ability to download a remote via an app or through a phone or a way to work around those that do not have access to the remote controls. Thanks!

18. List of actions possible via voice command

    I have no idea what commands are possible. With Alexa devices I know everything it does is voice activated, but with portal the available seem more limited. My gran likes to view the slideshow for example, but I can't figure out the command to start it, and she is no use with touch screens, as Will just randomly tap the screen and hope it works
