Ce serait super d'avoir une fonction de détection de mouvement avec notification vers un autre appareil. Cela pourrait servir notamment pour indiquer qu'un enfant est rentré à la maison et qu'on peut l'appeler sur portal ! Très utile pour les parents qui travaillent tard !

Make Workplace and Work Chat Android app icons round
On my Android phone (Android 7+) most icons are round, but just not Workplace/Work Chat. It all looks very strange.
Please make them round, such as Facebook Messenger.

PORTAl.to Respond ONLY My Voice!
To make it so PORTAL would ONLY respond to MY Voice! ALEXA to 3rd the same for Security! Added thought? As a woman it would be nice for BOTH to have a Man's Voice instead of a Woman's? A nice male radio Voice☺

Test screen to setup Portal placement.
There should be an option in settings for the setup of your Portal’s location. As of right now, you can’t see how the Portal frames you and your room until a call is initiated and even then, it’s in the miniature window. You should be able to set this up on the full screen before you make calls.

tell customers where to find the user guide (Google is no use)
I know the set up is designed to be followed on screen but I didn't appreciate the difference between Facebook messenger (Portal works) and messenger LITE (Portal works with laptop but not phone). I spent half a day on the set up before I found the user manual

Cable adaptor for vertical cables to be close to Back of TV
Not big fan how the cables on back of tv are very loose, since the equipament is small and very elegant on my flatscreen TV the cables cold be more elegant.

Disappointing in the Alex part of Portal
you have only part of Alex working on Portal + that wasn't explained in the package before i purchased it i thought i was buying the best of Both worlds.

Stop timer using just "Stop" voice command, without needing to say "Hey Portal"
Once timer goes off and while it's beeping, the assistant should be available so that we could just say "Stop", "Cancel" or something like that to stop the timer, without the need to say "Hey Portal" to trigger the assistant.
Google Assistant already has this feature and I believe it's nice enough that Portal should have it too.1 vote -

My daughter & family (all 3 of my grandchildren) live overseas. I am VERY disappointed that it will not connect with their computer!
---Ability to connect with my grandchildren overseas was the ONLY reason for my purchase but it won't connect with their computer, requiring them to hold a small phone while trying to talk as a group. I am VERY disappointed in my Portal! It also needs battery options but I at least knew about that ahead of time!
