Hospital Long term patients
My husband has been a patient is the hospital since June 2nd. He has been in 4 hospital three ICU's I had already purchased portals so we could stay in tough with great grandchildren But when he went in we purchase another one to send to the hospital He has asked me to try to get Portal's for hospital patients and families. Not having family or visitors has played heavely on his emotions and fight to get better. Improved Portal+ microphones and add jacks for external mics
Audio quality on Portal+ is awful, especially when sharing (recording) live music. Please improve the microphones and audio capabilities to handle live music, like piano and organ recitals. Also, add jacks for using eternal mics.

Please please listen to your customers and have a chat open for them to contact you as it is almost impossible to get anyone to connect when they have problems. My friend is having terrible problems with your communicaton.

What if Portal detected pets entering the room and focused on the pet?
We use the portal to video-chat with our parents in other states and their/our dogs sometimes enter the living area from other parts of the house. My dad/mom always has to walk over to the portal and lean it forward or put it down on the floor to show us our dog Toby, who is quite responsive to the sound of our voices. I'd love it if a software update could detect the dog (or cat) if it comes into view as it does a new person.

option of turning off the tracker camera
I use FB 10" Portal to exercise. My trainer cannot see below my knees. I think I have it fixed then the tracker camera adjust it. It would be great to have the option to turn off the tracker camera.

Ability to mute all or individuals during a Facebook rooms or group call
The ability for the host in a Facebook Room or group video call to mute all or individual people through the Portal. We had a virtual birthday party with 30+ people and unfortunately some of the attendees didn’t follow direction and weren’t muting or had terrible feedback. This feature would be similar to what is available in zoom.

Hello Alexa, using voice, to connect or disconnect Bluetooth I don't know
- Alexa voice to connect/disconnect Bluetooth
- Enable Drop-in using Alexa 3.Allow photos, other than those on FB or Istagram, to be posted
- Allow other apps to be installed, not just those already present.
