Private Superframe photo sharing
THIS WOULD BE AMAZING!
To privately send photos to grandma's superframe from the portal app without publicly posting and tagging her on Facebook.
She's not too tech-savvy and she's not able to upload them to the superframe herself so I currently have to log in to the app with her account info in order to share and upload photos for her.

Universal remote Compatibility for Portal TV
I would like Portal TV to be compatible with universal remotes. I have a universal remote that works with all of my other devices, but the Portal TV can only be controlled by the included remote.

BlueJeans integration
Hi. Will you be integrating with services such as BlueJeans in the near future? This would be a very helpful feature for remote workers. Messaging Facebook contacts is cool, but it looks like this could easily support that kind of connection as well.

Update Portal from Settings
Would love to be able to update the system software from the settings instead of waiting for it to rollout gradually. I have two portals. One has updated to 1.0.7 but the other is still sitting at 1.0.5, 3 days after official release. Support says it could take a few days up to a few weeks for the device to update so we’ll see what happens. Not a super ideal update process though.

Volume control for incoming calls.
Volume control for incoming calls on Portal. At present there is a nice recognizable ring tone on the device when I am making outgoing calls. But incoming calls are a dull beep sound that is hard to detect with other activities within the household.

Alexa video integrated
I was very very very dissapointed to discover that while advertised as "Alexa enabled" the one feature we wanted was to be able to call my parents on their echo show. We chose the portal over the show because the smart camera makes video chats with an active toddler so much better, but my parents already own the echo and have no plans to purchase another device. Please fully integrate Alexa or I will be sad to return the portal. If you don't integrate it, your advertising team needs to reconsider being more honest and upfront about the product's capabilities.

Allow groups creation to call all parties at the same time
We are using Portal to speak with our software team members around the world. When we do our morning standup, we have to manually call each of them individually. It would be useful to be able to create a group that includes these members for one-touch calling.

Moving the different screens when on a group chat
When in a group chat, I'd like to be able to move the different people's box into a different place on the view on my portal. For instance, when we do family group chat, there are four portals going at once. With my box small and in the upper left, that leave two boxes positioned horizontally and one vertically when I'm looking at the other three people. Depending on where/how they are sitting, I'd like to be able to move those boxes around so someone else is being viewed horizontally or vertically.

We're out there, we have our reasons, and, if we're being honest, the Portal platform would probably benefit from the additional users.

Display albums shared with me in Superframe
We would like to privately share a family album so other family members can display the photos on their portal Superframe. Currently Superframe will only display albums owned by the logged-in account, not albums where the logged-in user is a contributor.

Make Portal assistance more smarter
Make portal to do more. Intregate portal with Facebook app and make her do some task on Facebook too. Like posting e status by voice. Replying msg both on messenger and whtsapp. Make portal show new posts from favorite contact ( option to on and off) when ever they post anything. It would be great to see a notification on the Portal for missed calls.
Currently there is no feature to let the user know if they missed a call while they were out. It would be great for people like my grandmother to know if we called them. She doesn't have a smart phone and this device is the best way for us to call her. Please consider this in the future. Thanks.

Connectvitiy for better speed and health
Please consider adding a direct connect ethernet option while disabiling WiFi and Bluetooth with no functionality loss. Functional and Integrative Medicine Doctors are aware of the science behind cellular and mitocondrial damage due to WiFi and Bluetooth
