remote administration
Allow remote administration to change settings. Got my mom one and due to another issue related to the superframe not shutting off and keeping her awake, she had the staff in her retirement community 400 miles away just unplug it. Other simple photo frames allow this.

I agree, I use Portal to keep in touch with my elderly grandmother who has dementia, and she has zero technical skills. I have to wait until my mom can stop by to make any changes to the Portal. It would be so easy to add cloud remote management of the Portal settings, or just let me remote control it directly - like VNC, so that I can fix it directly.
