The buttons on the portal TV remote are very small and the writing on them is not clear for old people.
Either:
1. Please develop an alternative Remote that is suitable for older people, or
2. Allow third party remote control companies (like Harmony or One for All - other brands are available!) to mimic the Portal TV remote
