1. Why have special effects disappeared, internet excellent, did factory reset but it's all gone.

   Special effects no longer on the portal, has this happened to anyone else, if I can't get this back I'm returning it, very upsetting, my grandchildren love the effects.

3. Make Whatsapp integration better, so that a Facebook/Instagram account isn't needed to use most/all Portal's features

   Bought Portal for family use/elderly parents, who don't have Facebook or instagram accounts. Should be able to setup and use Portal's features without a FB/Insta account.

   allow businesses to use Portal in a retail environment. I own a Bridal shop & have reduced guest numbers due to Covid. I want to allow Brides to set up virtual call to their missing Bridal Party.

5. sonnerie portal avec flash supplementaire pour malentendants

   mes parents sont un peu sourds, donc ils mettent la TV très fort.
   Ils n'entendent pas la sonnerie de portal.

10. Add messanger for kids capability

    I can facetime with my grandkids on my laptop and smartphone, but its not allowed on portal. This doesnt make any sense. Parents already decide who there children can have on there friens list and they have to approve any request sent to there kids.
    When portal dirst came out i was reluctant to spend that kind of money on something i could do for free from my smartphone, tablet or computer. I have family spread out across this country and portal was advertised as the new way to help famlies connect. Yet half of my family is restricted to live chatting on all my other devices except my portal.

17. Full Screen Mode during call. Basic Camera Controls

    I have a new born baby and wife living far away far away so the Portal TV is a perfect solution for various reasons.

    Our challenge is that without proper camera controls, the Portal does not face track my son. My wife is required to crouch by the crib to be able to get him in the frame. Adjusting the spotlight does not help. The default position for the camera seems to sit on a chair in the corner of the room.
    Having the ability to have a full room camera setting should be a basic options with launch.

    We try to run our portal as much as possible but we keep going back to our phones so that we can adjust the camera angles.

19. I would like to be able to make recordings of calls

    Zoom allows you to record calls - so meetings can be minuted later - and also for training purposes - Portal should also allow this so it can be used for these business purposes. Please let me know when this is available? Until then I'll stick with Zoom.
