1. Please launch Portal TV in India. You have many people eagerly waiting to buy it here!

   I am a person living in India. I am planning to buy the device from Canada and use it here in India. I am not sure it will work here. I hope you start supporting people in India too! There is a huge market waiting here.

   I guess since we have whatsapp calls in India, it should work, it's just an HDMI cable out into TV right.

2. Enlarge the size of the clock

   While the portal isn’t in use it would be nice if the screen could be configured as a clock or clock with weather. Even using the largest font the time is not easily visible throughout the room.

3. Bugfix required for portal and mobile user who are on video chat in whatsapp.

   2 users are on video chat. One of them using portal another one is in android device. Both of them are talking on whatsApp. Mobile device user gets a cellular call which impacts on the video chat. Portal user sees the screen has frozen. Even though the mobile user calls on whatsapp again, the portal screen is still stuck. Turning off the camera switch doesn't make change. Even if i command "Portal restart" it says you can't do it when you are in call. Then i had to plug off-on to make it work. It is a common scenario, I would want your team escalate this issue in next release.

4. Allow Remote Management, Live Stream and Auto Answer for the disabled

   I purchased this for my disabled mother, and I also work with a large volume of disabled veterans in the VA hospitals. I'm setting this one up for family members to call and video chat with their disabled loved one. It would be great to be able to remotely manage the device. Also, to be able to set it up for auto answer. And live stream. All 3 features would make this a great product for the disabled and infirmed. A large segment of the population that is currently underserved, and have no options.

7. Sound bar support

   I was told by chat support that portal tv does not support sound bars. LG TV with LG sound bar had to be very common. But when portal tv from HDMI to sound via optical out, it cuts off lots of sound especially the first part of their talking. I don't have similar problems with Chromecast or Blu-ray. When I set it to TV internal speaker only it works fine but the sound is not as robust and it's annoying to toggle back and forth.

8. Portal to portal same account

   If you own multiple portals, you should be able to call between them by referencing the Portal name. Like call Portal Kitchen, or call Portal Vacation Home. Especially relevant in shared environment. Otherwise you have to create fake WhatsApp accounts as a workaround.

20. Configure for No Outbound Calls

    Please allow portal to be configured for no outbound calls or some similarly limited outbound calling. For some people with slight dementia issues, they would love to have video calls. But due to their dementia, they would likely just keep calling out over and over again since there is no way to prevent that. Should be a straightforward option.
