Improve audio and video quality
I bought portal tvs for my family this year to better stay in touch but the audio and video quality is horrible! The internet speed is not the issue (300mbps down, 20mbps up), we have tried connected between 5 different households and it's the same thing. portal tv to portal tv calls have terrible video quality. If someone calls from their laptop, the video quality is much better on the receiving end. Worse than the video though is the audio quality. The voices are choppy, the sound gets loud and soft making the audio almost intolerable. This seems like a…

The Portal needs another option for the "ring". It's currently a chime and even at its highest volume, my elderly mom cannot hear it.
It would be good to have different ring tone options. Given this device is excellent for the elderly this is important. I just set up the Portal for my mom but, even with the volume at its max, she is having trouble hearing the chimes ring when she's receiving a call.

Make it possible for two "business"page owners to have a live conversation on FB live through portal.
Working artists around the world like to collaborate and share ideas. Make it possible for those of us who have portals to use the great camera and audio potential to broadcast live on FB with more than one person on the screen. The join screen is not available for business pages. We would like that option.

They should have a way for you to look at your Facebook messenger messages on the portal tv so you can do messenger rooms video chats more easily that someone sent you and it might be nice to see your messages on the big screen!

Allow Alexa calling
Allow Alexa calling through this device . Alexa allows free calling, Lets us choose what calling program we want to use portal or Alexa. Make it a open platform and sales will go through the roof!
