Quit changing the Homepage and making it harder and harder to access what we want to do on our device!
Keep the Homepage user friendly. Changes have been made that make it harder to access what you want on your device. It changes to a stock screensaver and you have to tap and swipe tap and swipe etc to get to a app that says "APPS" then tap it. Heaven forbid if you leave for a few minutes and it reverts back and you have to start all over again. Mine even signs itself out in the middle of me reading a book on it and I have to start the whole process over.

Help elderly with a remote control to answer calls
Why don't you make a remote control to allow instant call answering? I have a 94yr mum that has the ordinary portal. She has issues as bed-bound. When receives a call she has to either try and lean up to answer or pickup Portal. Portal is not light. Voice control doesn't pick up voice as very quiet. so what normally happens is she needs to call a staff member to prop her up and answering the call. At least with a remote, she can answer the call. She has week voice so voice commands not good. Even if you charged…

Microsoft Intune doesn't work - please fix!
During Work profile setup. The app runs into a problem because it cannot connect to Google. I suspect the modified OS on Portal blocked connecting to certain Google services and it's making Microsoft Intune not working.
Without being able to setup Microsoft Intune, many users won't be able to use Microsoft Teams!

Add Netflix on touch screen portals
Please add the Netflix app, I know it is offered on portal tv. But for example when I’m in the kitchen cooking and eating I like to watch tv on my portal. I watch the PLEX app for now but the Netflix app as well as other popular streaming apps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊

Multiple Bluetooth Headphone Connections for Portal TV. If you were able to allow multiple Bluetooth headphone connections (including the built-in Bluetooth microphone connection) it would make the experience so much better.
It would also bring the possibility of a connected living room experience a lot closer.

Set ALL apps Removable on Portal
My kids always watch unfiltered video on portal. As parents, we cannot control what they watched when we went to work. If I set password for portal, Kid’s can only use “hey portal, pls call ***” function. But they cannot listen to Spotify or read the stories.

Larger screen size for Portal+ of at least 15"
The portal+ comes in the size of 14" currently but would love to see it in a larger screen with the built-in camera. Maybe 15" or 16".

Reinstate the search facility on Facebook Watch. Without it I can't search for a livestreaming video.
My elderly mother's life was enriched by watching her church's livestream while she was in lockdown and now while she still needs to shield. Now she can't do that. The reason we provided the device for her was video calling family and watching church so she felt connected. She can't be the only one. Whose idiotic heartless decision removed it? Reinstate now for many people's wellbeing.

Re-enable Amazon photos
I used to be able to say things like "Alexa show a picture of an armadillo" and a photo would appear on the screen to the great delight of my two-year-old. About 6 months ago this feature stopped working. Despite the passage of time my toddler is not over the loss. Today she asked me to call tech support which is no small feat for a two-year-old to communicate. They informed me that the feature has been removed. Add Remote Admin Controls to Portal Mobile App
I have an elderly (shut-in, wheelchair bound) father-in-law that we have been using a Portal for his out-of-state family to call and speak with and see him in his care facility. He is completely unable attend to his device to troubleshoot it, check the status of it, change pictures, etc. I would like to submit a request that in cases like this, someone in the family can have more admin controls via the Portal app to help control the device. Make it possible to send to Australia and New Zealand in one order or give discount vouchers to make multiple ordering fair.
So disappointed the whole idea is to connect with family friends - I want to buy two portals and have one sent to my son in Australia and other to NZ but it won’t let me. I would have to make two separate orders and loose the $160 discount - HOW IS THIS FAIR? Even if there was a realistic postage charge it would be better. But to be honest the postage costs to both Australia and New Zealand will be the same. Come on Facebook make this fairer - u want us to buy multiple portals make it possible

Add Pop-up Feature for Portal Tv
It would be nice to have a "pop-up" feature for the Portal Tv instead of just the ring notification when a call is coming through. You can't always hear the ring, but if watching tv would be nice to have the pop-up and then be able to just click the pop-up and connect that way instead of going through all the remotes for a call.

Add Google Meet support for remote learning
Please add google meet app support on portal tv so that the smart camera can be repurpose for remote learning . I have been requesting this since april but it looks like facebook team are no more dynamic. If you don't act swiftly then someone will and portal tv will become another silo harware with limited use.
Zoom meeting team are listening and adding feature much faster.
Even with huge resource and team facebook looks slow in their act.

Mirror all FB Contacts including Groups on the TV Portal
I was surprised (disappointed) to find that my ‘FB messenger groups’ were not included in the list of ‘messenger contacts’ displayed on the TV Portal. It would be great if they could be added at some point please.
I use ‘groups’ to make it easier to setup a group chat with contacts that I regularly talk to, it’s really strange that they are not pulled through onto the TV Portal.
