  1. When I try to order a product and ship to Canada the currency changes to Canadian which costs more with the exchange rate.

  3. Control other Spotify Connect-enabled devices from the Spotify app

    I don't listen to Spotify on my Portal - I have a Spotify-enabled AV receiver in the same room (and same WiFi network). However, I would love to be able to control that receiver from Portal, not just from my smartphone.

  4. Remote Control needs changing

    I installed the portal with my elderly parents early this year. They are not internet wise. Please note that I would like to give the following feedback.

    The handheld controller is too small. My father has a shaky hand, and his thumb straddles both the central button and the external circle. The number of times he has managed to call two seperate contacts is comical. It would be useful for the home button and the select button to be very brightly coloured. Having every button the same is confusing to him. I have painted the home with bright paint and…

  6. Give better discount on the TV version during this tough time

    My parents are missing their grandchildren terribly over this pandemic. I wanted to get us a portal each but I really can't afford it. I was tempted by the 2 for £50 off deal before the black friday deal, but thought I'll hang on in there for the black Friday sale as it's surely to be cheaper n more affordable for me. To my dismay it's actually now more expensive! Will you be doing them cheaper before Christmas or at least bringing the 2 for £50 off deal back?

  7. Use story time in zoom meetings

    As a kindergarten teacher I was excited zoom was added to portal but was disappointed we can’t use story time during the call. I know my kids would love seeing me in the stories for story time. Please consider adding this feature.

    Make more apps available such as Pinterest, NYT Cooking, Tasty, All Recipes, OneNote, etc, an app to manage Alexa timers, and Sonos integration in the Spotify app rather than only in the website.

    I would like to answer whatssap calls by using voice. Either hey portal or Alexa. As I have lot of family who i can only call on whatssap as they don’t have Facebook and most of the time my portal is out of reach

  15. Post firmware changelog and app changelog to portal website

    Having a webpage for features suggestions is already a big step towards making this a unique "family &friends" device.

    But you need to provide a changelog for app and device firmware so that users are aware of the changes and settings added! Otherwise it causes a lot of confusion. Maybe you can show them in the portal about tab.

    For example I noticed that firmware 1.2.1 added transparency to the caller window.. It took me to days and a reset to realize that this was a feature!

  17. This is the SECOND time I am reaching out and received no word back after the first time. I strongly feel you need to add a LOT more stories

    WE NEED YOU TO PLEASE ADD MORE STORY TIME OPTIONS. WITH EVERYONE QUARANTINED READING TO OUR GRAND KIDS IS AN AMAZING THING HOWEVER WE HAVE READ THEM ALL LIKE A MILLION TIMES ALREADY ;) . I ASSUME IT CAN'T BE THAT HARD TO ADD A LOT OF NEW OPTIONS AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL DO THAT SOON.   19. Check on your own orders

    For some reason you can’t check on the status of your orders on your acccount. I had EXTREME difficulty today trying to check on two different orders going to two different countries. I did not receive confirmation for one of my orders so I had no info to supply except for my email. It wasn’t until the last person I talked to that my issue was resolved. I believe I spoke with 3 different people. VERY FRUSTRATING. What company doesn’t allow you to see your order history?!
