1. Should allow all messenger connections to be used not Just FB friends

   When I bought this I was under the impression it would clean names from my messenger contacts. After setting it up and trying to locate those people I realized you actually have to add those people as friends on Facebook. Not always what user wants to do. It’s also not advertised or clearly stated anywhere!

2. Add more specific and detailed instructions

   Derailed and specific instructions on features and how to use them. I have run into things that I have been unable to find specific instructions for through the articles and tips. Things like should you leave portal on all the time, why does screen shift from wide full room view to narrowed focus view on its own and how to control it, why does it change from full screen to a strip in the middle of the screen arbitrarily etc. trying to glean through the “tips” yields no answers. Specific detailed instructions and manual similar to ones that come with most technology products would be very helpful.

3. Option to only display photos that fit the orientation of Portal+ (e.g. portrait photos if Portal is in portrait mode)

   Photos look best when they fill the screen, this would make sure that only photos that fill the screen will be displayed.

8. Set up the wifi so you can enter a username and password if necessary.

9. Ultra-Simple Mode

   My folks are on their 80’s and not technologically inclined. They constantly turn on and off the auto mode, get lost on the apps and settings screen, initiate filters and stories. All this by just touching the wrong parent of the screen at any time.

   It would be great to be able to set a ultra-simple mode that can be enable and it would remove everything but the calling ability, in fully auto mode, no voice assistant, and all the other apps and things that you might be inclined to add.

   The reality is that I can appreciate the large screen, great audio that it has and how it gets us closer to our folks, but all the bells and whistles really turn what should be a nice simple conversation into a tech support nightmare.

11. Why isn’t there an option to search music on Spotify?

    Just let me search on Spotify. Why is there the app if I can’t search for music. It seems incredibly counterintuitive to have me go onto my laptop/cell phone to open Spotify to create a playlist just so it shows up on my portal device. Please fix this.

    I'd like to be able to create a Portal photo album in my Facebook account by just "sending" photos I already have uploaded from other albums. I don't necessarily want to stream every profile pic I've ever used or every cover photo or even every photo from a special event album.
