Keep screen off except when in use
I wish my Portal would just go black or only show the time (like it does when it thinks nobody is around) when not in use. My most used Portal command is "Portal, go to sleep". I don't ever want to see a slideshow of pictures and after one minute of inactivity would just like it to go black.

Portal+ Tilt of screen, a USB Port and mouse connectivity
Using virtual keyboard is not comfortable position, it would be useful if the screen could be tilted in the landscape position to make for a more enjoyable typing experience.
It would be useful to have a USB Port fitted to allow a corded keyboard and mouse to be used.

360 degree turning view support for Facebook Portal
Current Facebook can't turn the position of camera. Hopefully there could be 360 degree view control. I know some ppl may consider the privacy. But if we purchase Facebook portal and we trust Facebook can handle the privacy well.

Need more tech info and perhaps versatility in device (no one seems to know).
Not too useful for me if as limited in utility as it seems. I have other means of video phone if desired and don't want a single-use device.

Portal Plus - I love portal and I have gifted one of each to my family as they all live in Italy and I’m in UK.
I have a little one (2 years old) that also love to call my parents but she also love to touch the screen and in particular the buttons above my portal plus. I cannot log in my Fb account because they are trying to identify me using my old phone number. The only option I am seen is "Security Check
To confirm your identity, we will text a confirmation code to your phone."But I have no this phone number anymore. How can I resolve that?

When the digital photos display on the Portal, can you put an option in so that it does not say "Portal Album #1 on Sunday".
When the digital photo displays on the Portal, it shows a partial sentence that says "Portal Album #2 Sunday" which really doesn't provide any helpful information. It is just telling me which album it's coming from and what day I uploaded the pic. BTW, I am uploading the photos from my phone to the Portal Device. Perhaps if I had given a title to the photo, that would display instead? Please don't post my email address anywhere so people can see. Thx

ARC support is causing issues with Samsung q80 soundbar
Portal TV is causing samsung soundbar to fail ARC support - losing sound. Even with CEC ARC disabled, problem persists. Very frustrating.

Order Amends & Refund Policy
I can't begin to describe how incredibly disappointed I am with the experience I have received from Portal.
My money has been taken, but no products delivered and no one can tell me what's happening or when they will arrive.
I've also been told I can't have a refund because the products should have been shipped...
