An error occurred while saving the comment 1000000% agree with this latest comment. The way we got it to work better was to use albums in the portal app. These seem to work better than plain Facebook albums.
An error occurred while saving the comment I’ve found that using an album of photos uploaded from the Portal App is much better than a Facebook album. We have 2,000 photos and having this running for a while we have seen a variation of photos come up.
An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for sharing, I’ve sent this in via the thread I’ve got open too. They are flatly refuting to acknowledge that there is a common issue here and just advising a factory reset.

An error occurred while saving the comment I can understand why this is a big deal for some and not others based on where the frame is.
Ours keeps on because it can see us a lot of the time and goes off when we are not around.

An error occurred while saving the comment Haven’t seen this issue yet as I have 2,000 photos. But there are lots of other issues reported on here like this. Consider voting for them to get attention.

An error occurred while saving the comment Not sure if you are using Facebook or Portal albums, but I've found the Portal albums better. I've reported the freezing / repeated pictures but was just told to factory reset...

An error occurred while saving the comment This should work via the ambient mode. It can be setup in settings / display and the photos app.
