    today, I identified a problem with the tracking on my camera. Support suggested I report the problem in great detail on my portal TV (settings, Help) but I will not be doing that using the on screen keyboard. I would if the Portal had a 'proper' keyboard available

    Some of us don't like the idea of Alexa 'dropping in' and listening to us when we haven't had to 'accept' the call and don't realise it has connected. Having Portal dropping in unanounced and seeing who is there and what they are doing could be worse. However, I agree that it would be useful checking up on elderley relatives .........

    are you suggesting spending £160 on a Portal to save asking Alexa directly? When I am watching TV I ask Alexa 'is he dead, how old is ??? I don't want to switch over from TV to Portal to communicate with Alexa?
