Shuffle Superframe
Need to allow Superframe to shuffle pics. Tired of seeing the same ones again and again.

Permit SuperFrame to run longer before screen timeout.
SuperFrame settings only let you change image duration and screen timeout settings are too short. Would like to allow SuperFrame to run during waking hours or according to schedule, or at least longer options before screen’s timeout.

My dad has cancer in the hospital and isn’t able to click the answer button, nor use voice command. Please provide an auto-answer setting where we can call him in the hospital directly, without him needing to do anything to answer.

Hide Tips
My Portal is used to enable my elderly mother in a care home to communicate with the outside world. The screen needs to be be able to be a free of 'unnecessary' information (customisable). People with Dementia often cannot cope with changed lay outs/pop ups etc. Portal pre upgrade was perfect for this. However as TIPS can on the current not be hidden this is making the Portal not helpful!

Alexa speaker group
Enable Portal as a “speaker” device so it can join Alexa speaker groups. Useful so that Portal can simultaneously play music with nearby, Alexa-enabled speakers

Add messanger for kids capability
I can facetime with my grandkids on my laptop and smartphone, but its not allowed on portal. This doesnt make any sense. Parents already decide who there children can have on there friens list and they have to approve any request sent to there kids.
When portal dirst came out i was reluctant to spend that kind of money on something i could do for free from my smartphone, tablet or computer. Allow add kid messenger accounts to portal. Watch videos from your portal camera while you didn't home.

So many people complain about the photos displaying/glich issues. But, not fixed it yet
I saw many complains about photos repeated displaying issues. I just got a device but it has the same problem. I did multiple factory resets whatever Meta portal helpers suggested. I only uploaded 20 20 photos but it stuck on one photo. I think it's a single ditigal photo frame. Is this a device issues or portal app problem?

A more alerting ringtone for older users
I have set the portal up for my 94 year old Grandma, however the ringtone on the Portal itself is not alerting enough for her to hear when someone calls. Is there a way of changing the ringtone? Thanks.

Communicating on other platforms
The reason I bought the portal device was to call my parents that live far from my family. They have the echo show and it doesn’t communicate with it. Also It would be nice to be able to download contacts from my phone that I could use to video call with (FaceTime,Skype) . The device is limited if it can only communicate with people from Facebook.

Portal needs Support for the Deaf Community
I meet a lot of people through traveling for my job, and I keep hearing about a growing community of users who are deaf using video calling devices, Portal especially. I know using sign language to command Portal is probably beyond the technology we have available now, but if there’s anyway to create a section of quick commands that could be used on the touch screen, Portal could quickly gain a huge market that is largely overlooked in the Smart Home category.
(For example, tap “Quick Commands” and then the user could tap something like, “Hey Alexa/Portal, what’s the forecast?”)

Include a manual that can be printed for the older generation.
Would have liked to have a paper manual included or somewhere I could have printed it out. I am 60 plus and using this device to communicate with my husband while away from the home with short term memory loss, he need a picture with writing for him to understand, doesn’t do anything regarding the computer.

Allow a user to mark one of their facebook friends as a trusted contact.
When the trusted contact calls, the portal auto answers the call. This is useful as I have an elderly parent that can't physically manipulate the screen or consistently remember the voice commands to answer.

Ability To Go Live In Facebook Groups
I bought this to record videos into my Facebook group. I find it bizarre that a Facebook streaming product doesn't go live on it's Facebook own group or pages. Yet every other device, iPads, Samsung phones do. Like really???
