  3. Extended Superframe Timing Options

    More options for timing of Superframe. I would like to be able to display pictures and items all day from, for example, 6:00am to 10:00pm with times settings adjustable.

  4. Listen to user feedback

    There is are hundreds of pages of suggestions yet currently there are only 4 under review, 22 completed and 2 declined.
    What's the point of the site except to placate dissatisfied customers when the product doesn't work or Facebook ***** up and make the product worse

  5. Add option to use Portal TV inbuilt speaker as default output device.

    I know that it is lower quality than the speakers in the TV, but it is good enough and is the only way we found for my parents to not hear the start of every one of their sentences repeated back to them.

    It should be an option in the software to select audio output device and use the inbuilt speaker instead of needing to go through the TV as this would solve our problems for us. The only way we can currently do this is by attaching a bluetooth speaker to the camera (which repeats all audio back to…

  6. Messenger Kids is not compatible with Portal. That doesn't make sense, as Messenger is.

  8. Louder ringtones for elderly parents!

    Please make options for louder ringtones. My parents love seeing their grandchildren when they talk to them but seldom hear the portal ring from the other room or if the tv is on.

  11. Unify "Hey Portal" and "Alexa" Voice Commands

    I got this for my father and It is confusing for him when you have to use "Hey Portal" for somethings and "Alexa" for others. Can you make it all one command?

  12. Reinstate the search facility on Facebook Watch. Without it I can't search for a livestreaming video.

    My elderly mother's life was enriched by watching her church's livestream while she was in lockdown and now while she still needs to shield. Now she can't do that. The reason we provided the device for her was video calling family and watching church so she felt connected. She can't be the only one. Whose idiotic heartless decision removed it? Reinstate now for many people's wellbeing.

  13. Stop auto switching fullscreen view

    With a recent "update", Facebook has made a disastrous change to Portal video calling. If we fullscreen anyone in a group call with other windows smaller and on the left, faded out, the fullscreen view doesn't stay on whoever WE have chosen. It automatically changes without any user control over it, depending on whoever talks or some insane weird logic that I can't figure out.

    I can no longer choose to focus on 1 person's big picture all the time (of my choice). It keeps switching the fullscreen view on its own to whoever speaks and makes the other windows…

  14. Allow portal to cast to google chromecast or other smartest TVs.

    This would allow me to put the portal video on bigger screens in my house. I love the portal experience but, the screen size is a little small for large groups trying to see the screen.

  15. USB-C Portable Battery Pack Support

    There's a USB-C and a detachable Power Supply. I would LOVE to be able to hook this up to a large battery pack to make this a little more portable. The Portal+ already has a handle on it. I want to move this from the kitchen to the coffee table!

  16. Multiroom Audio with Alexa

    Possibility to set up a multiroom audio between Facebook portal and echo devices! Would be great to see this feature added to the Facebook Portal to expand the Echo ecosystem as a whole-home audio

    Currently, the Alexa app recognizes the device, but does not allow it to be added to the multi-room group.

  17. TV should automatically switch on when someone is calling my portal tv

    Currently when someone is calling my portal:
    1. I need to use Tv remote and change source to portal hdmi
    2. Then use portal remote to answer the call

    This problem can be solved by picking up the call on mobile and then transferring the call to tv. But then again, tv should turn on automatically. Currently when I cast my YouTube videos to chromecast, my tv even if it is switched off will turn on.

  18. Fixed Weather and Large Clock Superframe Screensaver (no pictures transitions)

    It would be great to have a Superframe screensaver option that stays on the weather display and that doesn't transition through pictures. It would also be cool to add a large clock screensaver that doesn't transition. A retro flip clock would be super cool, but just a large clock would be fine too.

  19. Schedule Group Calls in Messager

    I love that we can do group calls in Messager, especially for family who lives across the country or for friends from college etc. But we'd have to all sync our times manually. It would be really cool if there was an event option to plan a group call together instead of waiting for everyone to get online.

  20. Allow Transfer of ongoing call to and from Portal TV

    Imagine a world where everybody has multiple Portal TVs in their house. A person is having a call with multiple people on WhatsApp via their mobile device. They come into a room and say, "Portal, please transfer my WhatsApp call to the bedroom TV". They continue their video call on the bedroom TV and then as they are leaving the bedroom, they say, "Portal, please transfer my WhatsApp call to my phone." They then continue their video call on their phone,
