It is annoying to be able to call only people who have facebook with messenger on their phone with voice controlled "hey portal." I keep forgetting who has WhatsApp and who does not.

Use "HELLO" as a way of answering a call
When someone calls our Portal, in order to answer the call you need to say "Hey Portal Answer". How about just being able to say, "HELLO".
"Hey Portal" is a mouthful for some seniors who may have a problem pronouncing certain words due to cognitive issues. A simple "hello" is easy to say and would make life much easier for my wife who does have difficulties with "Hey Portal".
Maybe "Hello" could also be used as a "wake word". With over 5 million people in the United States suffering from Alzheimer's, that's a big market for offering a simple way…

Improve photo display
Though my portal album has 100+ photos, the photoframe is only cycling through some of these, and not showing others at all. This seems to be a common complaint - please fix this, so that ALL photos in the album are shown.
Provide a way of shuffling photos in an album.
Allow us to have photos displaying all day, not shutting off after an hour
Allow us to share photos between trusted people,. Ie casting
I wanted this to work mainly as a photo frame, but it's really bad at this - very disappointed.

Why isn’t there an option to search music on Spotify?
Just let me search on Spotify. Why is there the app if I can’t search for music. It seems incredibly counterintuitive to have me go onto my laptop/cell phone to open Spotify to create a playlist just so it shows up on my portal device. Please fix this.

Bring back the transfer feature
Transfer Call is one of the Importance Feature for Facebook Portal. This was one of the reason to buy it. I own about 5 portal for me and my family. we had awesome experience Using. I Think Transfer call is important part and make the user experience more easy and convenient.

Support Alexa routines
Support Alexa routines and activities from the Alexa app. Right now you can't set any activities on the portal from the Alexa app. Portal only does timers and reminders set via portal.

Voice Command Response Delay Option
I brought the portal for my family relative who is paralyzed.
He has the ability to talk but cannot do so quickly as he has had a tracheostomy. As you can tell voice command speakers and phone settings are a lifesaver for him giving him some personal freedom.

Portal Kids interface
Based on the same idea from Netflix and a lot of video platforms, it would be a great thing to have a basic Kids interface for Portal with:
- Messengers for KIDS
- Spotify for KIDS
- be able to choose the apps allowed on the device.
- schedule screen time by day
- add a drawing app
- alarm clock
- night light
It’s also will be perfect for story time, I would love to add a Portal in my Daughter room even if she’s only 3. But I need to secure this amazing product to control the usage as much as possible. 🤷🏻♂️😉

Drop in (like Amazon echo show)
Hi. Can you please offer the ability to have a "Drop In" feature (similar to Amazon Echo Show). I understand the privacy issue associated with a feature like this. In the present isolation recommendations from health officials, having ease of use for our elderly parents (with limited technology experience) this feature would be of great convenience.

Add Apps for Zoom, BlueJeans, Google Hangouts *while everyone is WFH*
Please add apps for BlueJeans (which Facebook uses!), Google Hangouts and Zoom videoconferencing - during coronavirus-imposed self-isolation and quarantine it would be more important than ever to have Facebook's portal interoperable with more conferencing tools.
